Pregnant or not?

I started my period on the 5th, and ive been experiencing nausea the last couple weeks. It's been pretty intense, honestly. Its never been a symptom ive gotten with my period. Just acne and cramps. Is there a possibility of pregnancy? A similar thing happened when i was pregnant with my son. It may just be wishful thinking. Has anyone else had anything similar happen and was actually pregnant?
