HELP!! squirting or peeing??

So ...I was masturbating( I'm 19 by the way) with a brush when usually I use a vibrator. I was told the more I use a vibrator the harder it will be for me in bed, so I decided to change. most of the time when I have sex I can never finish because I always get this feeling to pee and I'm scared I might actually pee. so I decided to try it out by myself to see if I'd pee or if maybe I squirt.. and what happen was a large amount of liquid came out!! and I don't know if I peed or if I finished.
