Need of help!!!

Well I left my boyfriend because we were having problems of family and I got tired and left with my family to other country for a time after time pass like 5 months then we got back together we are happy now everything is good. But I always have this in my mind he gave my gifts away and everything he had gave me when I left him . That's that mean he didn't really care ??? Or should I be mad or no ???
