Pregnant maybe?

Okay so I've been hoping to get pregnant with my bf and idk my best friend who recently had a baby tells me I show signs and I have similar symptoms. My periods have been. Weird lately and I'm tired emotional and horny all the time and it's confusing. I haven't taken a test nor gone to the Dr. Am I just over worrying or could I possibly be pregnant? I'm just scared of taking a test and it saying not pregnant plus I need one. Ugh I stress myself over stupid things
