This is not a situation I was in but a friend of mine. My friend has moved to a new area and has started a friendship with her neighbor. They have become close and occasionally watch each other's kids. Apparently my friend asked her neighbor if she could use a cover while breastfeeding around her kids because it made her feel more comfortable. The neighbor was totally understanding and she said she had no problem covering. My friend went and did some errands while the neighbor watched her two boys(4 and 7). When she arrived back home, she found the neighbor breastfeeding uncovered with her children right there. My friend became very upset and after talking to her 7 year old, found out that this happens every time my friend leaves. Breastfeeding moms... Have you been in a situation where you've had a friend or family member who asked you to cover? How did you handle it? Would you be understanding if someone requested you do this and comply or would you not?  I see a lot of women who say they don't care what people around them think or feel when they are in public.. but what about when it comes to someone you are close with?
