Nap time
My little guy is almost 3 months old. I'm starting to put together a sleep schedule to train him to sleep through the night. I'm thinking of him napping at least 2 times for over an hour. Right now he only naps 2 times a day for maybe 40 mins and sleeps 4 hour stretches through the night.
Any ideas helping him nap for longer??
