4 month old

My four-month-old is on an awesome schedule. We follow the 12 hour sleep by 12 weeks book schedule. He sleeps over 11 hours at night, takes an hour and a half nap in the morning, and a two hour nap in the afternoon. He gets 4 bottles a day. He has to be on Nuetramigen formula, because his tummy gets upset. He is only in the third percentile  and I know I need to give him another bottle as he was only getting 24 ounces and he needs 31. Should I wake him up at 10:30 to give him another bottle, or should I try feeding him five times a day instead of four?
