FET - did you do anything to prepare?

My FET is scheduled for 8/20.  What did you do or didn't do for your BFP? I've read pineapple core after transfer, heating pad before transfer, caffeine free two weeks prior.  Any other advice or tips?

Day of transfer and a for a week after keep socks on and seriously take it easy and lay down. I testes 4dp5dt and got a positive. Im now 10w4d.

I did Accupuncture leading up to it and right after transfer, cut out caffeine, ate pineapple core, stayed warm, ate only warm foods, tried to relax as much as possible and had my bfp. Good luck!
