Is this from my miscarriage or NEW PREGNANCY?

So I had a dnc 4 weeks ago maybe 5. I was 8weeks pregnant. I took the top test about 2 days ago my doctor had me go to the e.r my levels were 16.3 (they were 800 during the dnc) could this be a new pregnancy all they said I could do is see if the test we're getting g darker until my doctor can get me In (bottom test are from yesterday and today )

Can you write the dates on the test ? I'm kind of unsure. The top test definitely looks darker but it's a different brand . You should retest with the purple test but I think they're getting darker .

My levels took a Month to drop I was only 6w.
