Is anyone else having upper back pain?

My upper back and right shoulder is on fire... I've tried everything and pain won't subside. I  never get pains like this. Is this normal? I can't even sleep now. Going in day 3.

Could it be your gallbladder? That's what mine felt like before I found out I had stones. They can ultrasound your gallbladder pretty quick to check for stones. Check with your OB.

I was having the same exact pain , two visits into the chiropractor is giving me relief , still sore but sleeping and better.

Yes I'm having bad upper back pain, neck pain and shoulders. Then I'll get a migraine. Ice and heat help. But of course only temporary. 😣

Are sleeping on your right side more? That has created all sorts of problems for me from hips to shoulder to knee to neck.
