need help with milk supply comment plz
I started fenugreek seed capsules last night to try n boost my supply back but I'm only getting a few drops is it too late should I give up? Most of the time I'm pumping nothing comes out Its only been 1 day and I'm already so discouraged my baby is 14 weeks now is it possible for me to get it back?
