How bad is it really?
Having trouble sleeping on my side and I even got a body pillow thinking it would help. Nope! I wake up and I'm on my back! I keep hearing mixed things about how it's not good to sleep on your back after 16wks. I'm 18wks now but it seems like it's the only position I'm most comfortable In. How bad is it really and any suggestions on what I can do to not sleep on my back would be appreciated :)
