I think i lost my baby.

Im about 7 weeks.. I havent seen a doctor yet but i found out last week that i was pregnant. I had threw positive pregnancy tests, and yesterday i had bad cramping, which lead to brown and pink spotting, which lead to dizzyness and normal period bleeding that was a bright red color.  I havent bled through any pads but ive changed every few hours. It went on all day from 2pm- this morning. Now i have light red spotting and light cramps.. Any thoughts? I havent been able to get into see my doctor yet
