Morning sickness

I Have Terrible Morning sickness I Know That I Have To wait Til Atleast 12 weeks to get my first ultrasound to save on the pointless doctor visits but I Throw up til literally there's no more Food Or Liquid And I Just Gag really hard to the point it hurts my stomach and chest I need help I do not want to take pills and have a early visit because last time I lost my kid at 11 weeks and I just can't deal with that again so please any suggestions
