Preparing myself for disappointment

Waiting on a call from doc today with the results of my blood pregnancy test. I know without a doubt that it'll be negative. This was my first month on clomid and they did confirm that I ovulated... but it's CD33 and still no AF. I was convinced that I was pregnant until last night right before bed, DH talked me into peeing on a stick and it was a BFN. Around the time implantation would have occurred, I got really bloated and had a strange little pain in my uterus. It was in one spot and it was a crampy/tingly feeling. Since then, I've been super thirsty, hungry and tired. My nipples are super sensitive, I've been having crazy dreams, my endometriosis pain is gone, I got period cramps but they went away, and I had a random nosebleed. I'm so sad, I really thought this was going to be our month.
