Have you ever.... ? Plan B & still Prego?

So I usually use the Catholic charting method of birth control, but I had been so swamped with work and school that I didn't really keep up with it last month. When my bf and I had sex, I thought I was way past my ovulation days and he didn't pull out.. about 6 hrs later I went to put it on my chart and on eve, when I saw that it was actually my highest fertile day! ! ( I know I should have double checked 😑) I immediately went and got the Plan B pill... my question is has anyone had unprotected sex on your ovulation day and taken the plan B less than 24 hrs later and still ended up pregnant?
