Cervix position

Hi, I'm new to this app. Was told to give it ago as the other app was not replying to my concerns. Can some please inform me what a low firm closed cervix is and what it feels like? I think mine is very low and can hardly fit my finger in at all. Sorry for being so open lol. I'm quite worried? But is this normal? Thank you!
