Delivery date!!! Please help

Is it possible for the doctor to miss calculate my delivery date. I have 24 weeks he's saying am 28 weeks. My last period date was Feb 17 . Even the ultrasound lady think am further along. My hubby thinks something is off. It's so stressful. Has anyone experience this before? Please respond
