Difference between "dry" and "watery" CF
Hi Ladies! I got off the pill in June and I'm currently on my second chart TTA practicing FAM. I'm having a hard time determining between if my CF is "dry" and the moistness at the opening of my V is just its natural moisture or if it is "watery". I'm 5 days post temp shift. How do y'all distinguish the two??
When I experience this I never have a lot of moisture, nothing is in my panties. But I do feel kind of slippery at the opening of my V but when I do an internal check the fluid is more of an opaque/thick creamy fluid. Anything I google and read in TCOYF isn't helpful so any more personal experience you can add would be wonderful!
