Feeling "off".. Help

In the last couple hours I've been having some light cramping across the front of my stomach in between my ribs and belly button. It almost reminds me of the feeling before you'd vomit. It's not Braxton Hicks, as I've been getting those for a few days also. Along with the crampy feeling, I've had a few instances where it feels like my crotch was struck by lightning? Anyone else have anything similar? Not sure if it's just regular stuff or if I should call my midwife. Besides the lightning strike feelings occasionally, I'm not in pain, just a bit uncomfortable.
