I don't know what's going on ... HELP

So I just restarted my birth control after not being on it for a few months and I'm 7 days late me and my boyfriend have sex regularly and he never came in me but on me and I know the cum can drop down and get your pregnant if it gets close enough but I don't think that's ever happened I really need help knowing what might be going on .. I have been a bit stressed because I'll be going out of state for college for the first time ... Please advise anyone !?
