Should I send this text?

So my boyfriend and I have had ongoing communication problems on and off for as we've been together (year and a half) but it's really getting on my nerves now. I hate confrontation and I normally wouldn't say anything but I finally did, and even though I'm scared I was too harsh I'm glad I said something. He says that he hates that I feel this way but he's the one who can fix that with some effort.. But it's been almost 2 hours and he still hasn't replied when I'm trying to have a serious conversation about whether or not he wants to continue our relationship and he can't even reply...? I feel kinda shitty. Can I send this text or am I being crazy?
