Weight loss tips?

Hello ladies! I am 15, and I wanna to lose weight. Do any of you know any tips or things to do to help the process? I'm not what other people consider "fat" but I'm not that skinny either, and I'm doing this for myself cuz I want to look better, and feel better about myself since I've struggled with liking my body. Ive gotten to a point where im okay with it, but i would like to improve it. Thanks for all of your help
