My period is 11 days late😳😳

I have a VERY regular period, never more than a day late. I have been very emotional and irritable, been kind of nauseous, I've had peaks and drops in my appetite, and my boobs have been killing me! I get that it could be that I'm pregnant, but I've spent about $50 on pregnancy tests and all of them have been negative. Could I really be pregnant and I just have low hCG levels? I want to go to the doctor, but I just moved 4 hours away from my OB and the nearest OB is about 45 minutes away and isn't taking new patients right now. I honestly don't know what to do. Is there another way I could figure out if I'm pregnant, if the tests aren't working properly? Help!😭🔫
