I've always worried far too much about everything. However, my period is late (only by a day) but my period is ALWAYS on time or even a day or two before. So I'm really worried that it hasn't came yet.

When having sex I've always been extremely careful (using condoms ect) but my boyfriend and I were grinding each other with no clothes on and despite the fact it was only for like 30 seconds and he didn't cum, I'm still worried that precum could have occurred.

I'm really worried and some advice would really help as I've googled everything and I'm still really worried and scared.
