I can't get any sleep

If I'm not peeing I'm just uncomfortable. I'm 20w6d and I have a long way to go yet. I'm so sleep deprived at this point it's not even funny. I knew it was gonna happen but I didn't think it would happen so soon. Pillows help sometimes and I also listen to classical music at night which helps but I can only stay sleep for a couple hours at a time. Any advice on staying sleep?
