I feel a more pregnant than I am !?!

Question

I haven't had an ultrasound yet to tell the exact dates, but the nurses calculated that I am 10 weeks. I feel and look a lot more pregnant than that!!!! Plus I swear I can feel the baby !!! I've had one kid before and I know what it feels like, it's definitely not gas !!

I Felt baby #2 at 9 weeks. But at that point it is still bloat and will go away towards the end of the first trimester

I'm huge Dr guessed now thinks he was wrong reguesstimate time he says.Next appointment who knows his guess I'm packing on the pounds in butt,boobs,y tummy where baby is sitting my belly button .Supposed to be 8 weeks but my baby head was bigger than his guesstimate too.Y
