What to expect at the fetal stress test?

I'm suppose to get it twice every week once I hit 34 weeks (30+5 today) since I'm high risk. What can I expect ? Im a FTM so idk what to expect.

They strap to monitors to your belly and you lay down while they monitor you. Mine last at least 20mins but can last longer if your baby isn't active. My nurse said they look for a steady heartbeat with periods where it gets faster and then goes back down. At my hospital it's actually very relaxing they let you sit in a quiet dim room with a tv and they bring you water.
