More fertile after miscarriage?

Are you more fertile after having a miscarriage? And are the chances of having another miscarriage more likely? I've heard A LOT of rumors of being way more fertile after miscarriage? Is that true? If so how long after??

My SIL is a doctor and said generally yes, women are more fertile for a few months after a miscarriage and having one miscarriage does not increase your chance of having another one unless there is an underlying medical reason why you miscarried in the first place.

I got pregnant the first month we tried. That ended in a miscarriage. It took us 6 months the get pregnant again. That also ended in a miscarriage

I've heard that too. I got pregnant much quicker after my mc but I'd also been off bc for few months longer at that point than when I previously conceived. My doctor told me if my risk of mc raised at all by having a previous one it was only by around 1%
