Problems with TTC

Me and my spouse aren't TTC but yet we aren't stopping it all the time either. He confuses me, because sometimes he's all for it and ready, and then other times he's far from ready. I have problems with cysts on my ovaries and also with abnormal (cancer) cells that I have had removed and have to keep track of it all. I constantly feel bad because of it all. We've talked a lot about this and how I just want to have another baby asap so I can get a hysterectomy so I won't feel like this anymore but the moment I think he's on board he changes his mind. Anyone else have this problem with their spouse? How can I get him fully on board?
