New guy at work

There's this new guy at work who likes me, I've gotten to know him over the last couple of weeks but one thing keeps bothering me. He's 11 years older than me and I'm worried about what everyone's reaction would be. He's a sweet guy and everything I'm just hesitant about the age difference
