Nedd help bad

Hi ladies sorry about this but I really need help since my doctor is saying nothing is wrong , I'm 23 years of age I had a d&c back in may on the 11th ever since I've had a non stop period constant clots the pain is unreal I'm going through 100+ towels a week because of how much I am bleeding what am I ment to do when the doctors won't do anything have any of you been through this yourself ? Or know anyone who has please I beg I need advice thank you
