Keep spotting..why?

I've never had this problem.....it's been now 8 days later and I'm spotting. It comes and goes. My period ended on the 1st....it's the 12th today....has this happened to you? pregnancy?

I had spotting for about six months. Went to the ob, she said it was normal to happen once in a while and around ovulation. So I shrugged it off. Went in for my six month thyroid check up, and it was off. I asked if my thyroid could be causing spotting and that doc was convinced it could def be from my thyroid being crazy. I'd say talk to a doc... Or two.

I had spotting between periods for three months due to a hemorrhagic cyst one one of my ovaries that was not serious and fortunately cleared up on its own. You should report any irregular bleeding to your doctor. There are a multitude of things that can cause it. Lots of women hope or assume it is implantation bleeding but supposedly only around 30% of women experience implantation bleeding. Good luck!
