Lost confused nervous

Hi guys..I'm just looking for some advice as I'm a bit nervous I'll explain why..when I was 19 I fell pregnant but miscarried quite early even though I was only roughly 2 months gone my breasts -well nipples- started to leak it took a while for it to dry up but after a while it did..I'm now 25 and I hadn't had sex for the past 5 years until a week ago exactly I didn't realise he was so nervous about putting the condom on and well that didn't quite work if you know what I mean but yesterday -Friday- my breasts started to leak a little again on and off creamy white stuff but not like the cross cheesy stuff like some people get from infected piercings for example it's the same as when I miscarried all those years ago..I've had light cramping but I think that's stress I've had a crappy few days..I'm just worried...what could be causing this to happen again?...it's most likely a complete coincidence that it's happening again now I know...I think I just need my mind putting at ease that it's nothing horrificly bad..not sure if anybody will be able to help me at all but if you read this thank you for your time X and possible advice xx
