Baby feeding.
My daughter weighed 8 pounds 10.4 ounces at birth.
At discharge from the hospital she weight 8 pounds 6 ounces.
At the doctor 3 days late she weighed 8.5.
Because I am breastfeeding and not producing enough for her I pump and feed through a bottle and then give her formula. She usually only drinks 4 ounces of breast milk.
Today she drank just formula because we were on the go and I had no milk pumped for her. Which is fine, she drank a lot. Well since we've been home (around 3ish) she has only been drinking like 2 ounces at a time of formula. The doctor made me feel terrible at her appointment when they said she lost weight. She has an appointment again on Monday. But is anyone else's baby not eating a lot? I'm starting to worry... She's two weeks old. Thanks!
