Where to do?

Question

As embarrasing as this is to ask. Does anyone know what doctor I would have to see about whether or not I have inner explosive disorder or bipolar disorder. Or anything of that form. Not sure if I just go to a normal doctor or not. I've Googled it but haven't figured out where to go.

Also if any of you have one of those if you can tell me about the disorder personally. Thank you♡♡♡

I'm bipolar. You go to Psychologist and they ask you tons of questions. There's no "test". They just talk to you for a very very long time

I went to a psychologist for my bipolar. I haven't been on my medication for a year and a half, so they have me as cured, but it definitely takes a lot to go through with the medications. I had to see my psychologist every 2 weeks. Some medications made me feel better. Some made me feel like a zombie. I've been taking vitamins, exercising a lot, and journaling and I've found that those theee things help me cooe best with my bipolar and anxiety. 😊

My sister sees a sociologist for her Bipolar. She was going to therapists before, but needed medication, so she switched. 
She ended up being held against her will during a suicidal episode, so the hospital set everything up, but your general practitioner should be able to refer you to someone

Not sure if it's different where you're from, but here I would go to a normal doctor and they can give you a referral to see a psychologist. Good luck ❤️
