Exercising??? Please help lol
So I was starting to exercise some before I found out I was pregnant because I really wanted to lose my extra weight. (I've lost 20-30 lbs)
I was doing squats, crunches, push-ups etc, and walking almost daily. I'm super early yet, Only 5 weeks but is it still ok to do all of that. I can't even call an OBGYN office until monday or I would.
