Waking up super dizzy
This happened for the second time this morning. Happened yesterday waking up for a nap.
In both I had vivid dreams that I was so dizzy I couldn't walk in the dream had to basically crawl or fall to the ground.
Moments later when I actually woke up in real life my head is spinning and I'm super dizzy and the light headedness lasts for like 20 minutes.
Is this common in pregnancy? Has anyone else experienced?
