Hello ladies! What were your symptoms 8dpo (that ended in BFP)

I don't remember having any symptoms with daughter until after I found out I was pregnant, and now we are on our second month ttc following a mmc.

I've felt a little off with mild cramping up until today (8dpo) but now I'm exhausted, feeling sick, and having mild cramping that comes and goes on both sides. Tons of acne, and moodiness, boobs not sore. My body has been completely out of whack since my d&c in January and I feel at a loss.
