C-Section/Pregnany

Anyone have a C-Section and not able to get pregnant? My boyfriend and I have been trying since April for baby #2 and no luck! When we had our first child we got pregnant the first time we tried, but this time around we can't! I have put on weight and I'm slowly losing it so that might be the problem, but someone told me maybe something happened when I had my C-Section and I can no longer have kids😭 so I was just wondering if it happened to anyone else?
