Orgasms

Is it normal to have an orgasm after u urinate everytime u urinate? I have been having these symptoms for over 2 weeks now I'm drinking straight sugarless cranberry juice to clean my bladder because I think it maybe an UTI but I'm not sure the last time I had an UTI I was pregnant but it didn't hurt to urinate at all I didn't know I had it until my doctor told me I did and I drank two jars of the sugarless cranberry juice and was UTI free for the next 6months at the time I was 4months pregnant. My fiancé said she smelled sour down there as well after we had sex. So I need feedback and advice!!!!
