Wisdom teeth food

How long do I have to wait after getting my wisdom teeth out until I can eat popcorn? I got them out Monday, and I've been like intensely craving popcorn all week (probably a combination of not being suppose to eat it and my period coming up is causing that lol) but like am I good to have some popcorn, or should I find something else to eat?
