Period on implanon

This is my second post about me and my period on implanon but I guess that is so because I rarely have my period and when I do I am kind of confused and don't know what to expect because it's so rare for me. I always have so many questions. So here it is...Is it just me or when you get up in the morning and your on your period you notice that the pad you wore over night usually barely has any blood then you use the bathroom and gravity takes over and you either pee out hella blood or you feel it like falling out of you or see it in the toilet? Because that just happened to me like I look at my pad and there is barely anything on it so I think it's over but then after sitting and textin on the toilet for a while😂, I wipe and it looks like a murder scene in the toilet and on the paper. It scared the shit out of me lol. Cuz I usually don't have a period at all on this BC and when I do it's light. Anything ladies?
