Help, missed period but not sure if pregnant

Hi, so last month my period started on the 7th and ended on the 12th, it should have started on the 7th this month. As of right now, i am 7 days late, officially missed. My boyfriend and I have sex at least once a week w the occasional second time. Everytime we check the condom for breakage or leaking with the water test. I don't feel pregnant. I show no symptoms of being pregnant. Im thinking it may be from stress because i did travel on the 30th to the 5th and then had the stress of a sick pet and eventually having to put them down during one of the days i would have my period. On top of all this I had the stress of a late period. What do you guys think?
