Pregnancy Announcement in blended family

I want to a creative pregnancy announcement. I never did one with my two daughters and I would like to do one this time around. However, I am at a loss. I have two stepchildren. My stepson lives with us but my stepdaughter lives with her mom. I want to incorporate both of them--especially since I don't want my stepdaughter to feel left out. She is states away and I won't see her until the end of December. Does anyone have any ideas where I can incorporate her into the announcement without her actually being here with us?
