Hi everybody

Hi everybody I came across this in my hospital notes it left me confused as its saying I got pregnant the 1st day of my last period . Why do all these dates match , could somebody explain to me and thank u if anybody knows :) it's my dating scan from a wile ago. My other post is lost so sorry of anybody has seen this already
