So me and my boyfriend have been friends for almost 3 years and we decided to start dating. He is in the marines and he asked me my opinion on promise rings since he doesn't know if he is going to be deployed and I'm not really sure if I should say that we would be great but I don't want people thinking we are in the marriage stage because it's just a promise ring.
