So let me start of saying that I ended my 10yr relationship/5yr marriage about 4months ago. He still lives with me Because he had no place to go and I couldn't find it in my heart to just throw him into the streets. Since we do have kids together. So he sleeps on the pull couch or we take turns on the bed. He says he's over me but he seems like he has become border line stalker. I recently found out that he takes pictures of me while I'm asleep. Or records me when I'm in the shower without me knowing. Very creepy. He is trying to control me still. But what really pissed me off is that the other night I woke up to him fingering me. So I yelled at him. He says because we're still married that he has the right to do as he pleases. I don't know how to approach him because we will get into an argument. Please help, thanks
