Gift for my niece

Ok so I want to get a personalized gift for my new niece. My Idea is to get an old school glass baby bottle and have her name and birthdate etched into it. But I have no idea where to get old school baby bottles and no idea where to take it to get etched. I looked on etsy and they dont seem to have what im looking for. does anyone have any idea how I could accomplish this?
