Been going through horrible contractions 5 mins apart they last for about 40 -55 secs been timing them since lastnight around 10 pm went to L&D and I'm only 1cm. I'm 39+1 mucus plug fell out last week just brown blood discharge now. I haven't got any sleep due to the pain can't talk through the contractions & if I nod off they literally wake me so painful. At this point I'm very very uncomfortable and there's nothing to do but wait till a "bloody show" or my water to break. But these contractions are regular and have been for almost 24 hours now !
